Improving Access to General Practice Services
We are working to improve access to appointments for our patients, in particular at evenings and weekends. Appointments are offered at a variety of sites including Wimborne Hospital, so please enquire if you would like to be seen there in the evening or at the weekend.
With effect from 28 May 2018 the Practice is required to conform to the legislation as detailed in the new General Data Protection Regulations.
This concerns how we keep and use your personal data (and indeed that of our own staff).
New patients will be given the opportunity to complete and return a consent form when they register with the Practice. Existing patients may sign a consent form having read and understand the new legislation, regarding which there is a document attached. If you require a consent form, please request one from Reception.
If you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact either the Practice Manager or Assistant Practice Manager who will endeavour to answer any questions you may have.
