|Dr Elisa Barcellos (f)|
Dr Elisa Barcellos is a partner in the practice. She qualified at Cambridge in 2005, is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners and holds post graduate diplomas in sexual health and reproductive health (with a letter of competence for contraceptive implants), ENT, diabetes and medical education.
She completed junior doctor jobs in London, New Zealand and Africa before returning to Poole to complete her GP training. In 2012 she qualified as a GP and joined the practice having her second child soon after. She enjoys her job and feels privileged to work in such a loyal and supportive practice. She takes a pride in continuing to prove a high standard of care to all our patients, trainee doctors and medical students.
She works Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
|Dr Claire Carson (f)|
Dr Carson is a partner within the practice. She trained at the University of Southampton and qualified in 2005. Dr Carson carried out her GP training in Dorchester and Bournemouth and this was completed in 2012.
Dr Carson has a particular interest in womens' health and family planning and holds diplomas in child health, obstetrics, gynaecology and sexual/reproductive healthcare (fitting of coils and implants).
She currently lives in Broadstone with her husband and has three children.
She works Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
|Dr Simon Brown (m)|
Dr Brown is a partner in the practice. Dr Brown completed his GP training in Bournemouth and is looking forward to helping build the practice for the future. He lives locally with his wife and two daughters and enjoys cycling and yoga in his spare time. He also holds a role in the CCG, supporting the East Dorset locality.
He works Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
|Dr Will Peskett (m)|
Dr Peskett is a partner in the practice. Dr Peskett graduated from the University of Bristol in 2012. He has worked in Royal Bournemouth Hospital, Poole General Hospital, Wimborne Hospital and Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth before starting as a GP at the Barcellos Family Practice. Dr Peskett lives with his wife, two children, dog and two cats. In his spare time he enjoys photography, travel and being outdoors.
Dr Peskett works Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Friday mornings.

|Dr Elouise Thompson (f)|
Dr Thompson graduated from the University of Sheffield medical school in 2012. She then worked across a range of hospital specialties in Oxford and later Sydney, Australia. After spending some time travelling, she returned to Dorset and spent her final year of GP training at Barcellos Family Practice in 2018. Now fully qualified she has continued as a salaried GP within the practice working Mondays and Thursdays.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time outdoors with interests including running, paddle boarding and snow boarding. She lives with her husband and active golden retriever
