DR FERGUSON'S SABBATICAL
Dr Ferguson is going on a sabbatical from the 14th January 2016 and will return on the 29th February 2016.
All of his clinics will be covered by the other doctors in the practice with the exception of a couple which will be covered by a locum doctor.
The practice wishes him an enjoyable time on his sabbatical and will look forward to this return.
FLU CLINICS
We still have some flu vaccine available please contact the surgery to see if you are eligble for the vaccine.
Friends and Family
From 1st December 2014, if you visit our GP surgery a either Corbin Avenue or Glenmoor Road you will be asked about whether or not you would recommend our surgery to your family and friends, if they need similar treatment or care.
This is called the Friends and Family Test (FFT) and it is a feedback tool that supports the fundamental principle that people who use NHS services should have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience that can be used to improve services. It is a continuous feedback loop between patients and practices.
These slips can be found in the waiting room at both sites. Please take a few minutes to fill in the slip and post it in the ballot box provided. Alternatively, please go to the section 'Let us know what you think of about the services we offer' and complete the questionnaire online......you can do this now!
If you are unable to answer the question, a friend or family member is welcome to respond on your behalf.
The information will give our GP practice invaluable feedback on what you think of the care and treatment you have received, which along with existing ways of gathering feedback, will help us to make improvements and improve the experience for our patients.
We thank you for you support.
