New Patients are always welcome...
If you would like to join the Practice please ask at reception. You will be given the relevant paperwork and will be required to show two forms of identification eg driving licence/passport and a utility bill (gas/electric/water/rent book etc). If you are unsure what is an acceptable form of identification, do not hesitate to ask one of our Receptionists.
If you are temporarily living in the area (for up to three months) you can apply to register as a Temporary Resident. This will enable you to take advantage of all our medical services.
If you change your name, address or telephone number, please give full details to reception, including the full post code. Also please remember to tell us if details for other members of your family have changed. It is important we have an up to date telephone contact, including a mobile phone number where possible.
If you move outside of the practice area you will need to re-register with your new local surgery.
Each surgery is staffed by two receptionists at all times. The receptionists are there to help you by making appointments to see the Doctors and advising on administrative matters. If they cannot answer a query then they will undertake to find someone who can.
We place great emphasis on confidentiality and this is always maintained at a high level by all our staff.
